About

Plumbers who write things down

Most landlords call a plumber when something is already wet. We would rather you had a file: what each unit looks like, what was fixed and when.

Every job gets a work order, photos and an invoice with the same number. At the end of the year you have a repair log for every unit, ready for your owner, your accountant or your insurer.

  • Photos on every visit, before and after

  • One invoice per work order

  • A repair log by unit, as a spreadsheet

The crew

Eleven people, four of them here

Six plumbers, two apprentices, a dispatcher, an office manager and the owner. The office phone answers the same number you see on every page.

  • Rosalind Latimer

    Owner and licensed plumber

Started the company so landlords would have a written record of every repair. Reads every invoice before it goes out.

  • Teodoro Uribe

    Lead plumber, multi-unit service

Runs the walk-throughs and writes the reports.

  • Renita Weems

    Office manager and work-order desk

    (815) 555-0100

Opens each work order, texts the manager and sends the invoice.

  • Tobias Boyd

    Service plumber

Drains, toilets, supply lines and water heaters.
